Mr Speaker: In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (4) of Standing Order 86 and paragraph (6) of Standing Order 85, I have for the Singapore Development Estimates for the year 1966 fixed the times on the allotted day, namely, the 30th December, 1965, at which consideration of the heads of expenditure in respect of which amendments stand on the Order Paper shall, if not previously disposed of, be concluded.
