Mr Yong Nyuk Lin: Mr Speaker, Sir, as there are quite a number of other Members who wish to speak on the White Paper, may I beg to move,
That the proceedings on the business under consideration be exempted at this day's sitting from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1.
