FEES LEVIED ON TENANTS AND OWNERS OF HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD PROPERTIES

Mr J.B. Jeyaretnam asked the Minister for National Development if he will furnish a statement of all fees other than the service and conservancy fee of whatsoever kind and for whatsoever purpose or service charged to or levied on tenants and owners of Housing and Development Board properties whether commercial or residential showing in each case the fee charged and the purpose, service or transaction for which the fee is charged or levied.

Mr Teh Cheang Wan: The list of fees, other than service and conservancy fee, charged to tenants and lessees of Housing and Development Board properties for services rendered by the HDB and for use of HDB facilities is at Annex I (Cols. 423 - 428).
