Dr Toh Chin Chye asked the Minister for Finance if he will give the profits and losses of each of the companies in which the government has an interest for the years 1984 and 1985.

Dr Hu Tsu Tau: As the 1985 audited accounts of the companies in which the government has an interest will only be available in July 1986, I will forward the information to the Member at that time. The 1984 profits and losses of these companies were already provided to the House in July 1985.
