Resolved,
That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for FY 1987/88 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for FY 1986/87 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Main and Development Estimates of Expenditure for FY 1987/88. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
