Mr Heng Chiang Meng asked the Minister for Communications and Information whether the Singapore Bus Service (1978) Ltd will consider providing a direct bus service from Yio Chu Kang Road near Seletar Hills Estate to Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange.

Sir, I have asked SBS to consider the hon. Member's suggestion. In addition, I have asked SBS to brief the Member and his community leaders on future services relevant to his constituency with a view to improving bus services in general.
