Mr Heng Chiang Meng asked the Minister for Home Affairs what was the number of traffic accidents at and around the Yio Chu Kang Road/Jalan Kayu/Seletar Road junction between 1984 and 1986, giving a breakdown into the seriousness of the accidents.
