Mr Teo Chong Tee: To ask the Minister for Community Development whether the public assistance rates wll be revised upwards.

Mr Teo Chong Tee: Mr Speaker, Sir, for Question No. 9, the Minister has given the answer yesterday. I therefore withdraw the question.
