CONCURRENCE OF PRESIDENT WITH RESOLUTION

Mr Speaker: For the record, the President has concurred with the following Resolution passed by Parliament on 19th March, 1992:

"That Parliament, in accordance with section 11(1) of the Government Securities Act, 1992, resolves that the Minister for Finance be authorised to borrow by the issue of Government Securities in Singapore a sum not exceeding $100,000 million."
