Dr Kanwaljit Soin asked the Minister for Labour what percentage of members who withdrew their Central Provident Fund savings at age 55 years had the minimum required balance in their accounts.
Dr Lee Boon Yang: Forty-six percent of CPF members who withdrew their Central Provident Fund at age 55 years in 1992 had set aside the full Minimum Sum.
