The Senior Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs (Mr K Shanmugam): Sir, earlier in my answer to Mr Christopher de Souza, I had said, and I quote, "We further expanded the jurisdiction of the Youth Court from youths aged below 17, to youths aged below 18."

I misspoke. I should have said, "We further expanded the jurisdiction of the Youth Court from youths aged below 16, to youths aged below 18."
