The Minister for Local Government, Lands and Housing (Inche Abdul Hamid Bin Haji Jumat): Mr Speaker, Sir, I move,

That the Report from the Select Committee on the Land Titles Bill, as contained in Sessional Paper No. L.A. 3 of 1956, be adopted subject to the recommittal of the Bill in respect of clause 2 to a Committee of the whole Assembly.

Mr Francis Thomas: I second it.
