The following Member has, under the provisions of subsection (3) (i) of section 47 of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, obtained from the Speaker permission to be or to remain absent from meetings of the Assembly:

Mr Lim Cher Kheng (Changi) - from 23rd February to 23rd March, 1959.
