Mr Speaker: I also have to inform Honourable Members that on the 19th day of December. 1963, I duly sent a letter to His Excellency the Yang di-Pertuan Negara containing the Address agreed to by resolution of this Assembly on the 19th December, 1963.

I received a reply from His Excellency dated 21st December, 1963, acknowledging receipt of the kind message of the Legislative Assembly transmitted to him in my letter.
