LAND AT 8¾ m.s. AND 10 m.s. TAMPINES ROAD (Acquisition and Resettlement)

  1. To ask the Minister for Law and National Development in regard to land around 8¾, m.s. Tampines Road (Sembawang Estate or Ban Kok Estate) and at 10 ms. Tampines Road (behind the Nankin Theatre), (a) whether the Government intends to acquire the land and for what purpose; (b) whether the Government has any plans to resettle the residents now on the land, and where; and (c) when did the Government give notice to the occupants to remove.
