Under the provisions of clause 2 (d) of Article 30 of the Constitution of Singapore, I have granted permission to the following Members to be or to remain absent from sittings of Parliament for the periods stated:

Mr S. Rajaratnam (Kampong Glam), Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Labour from 12th to 14th December, 1968.

Mr Chor Yeok Eng (Bukit Timah), Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Health from 20th December, 1968, to 4th January, 1969.
