Mr Teo Chong Tee asked the Minister for National Development whether the Housing and Development Board proposes to build flats in the Changi Constituency besides those already built in Changi Village.

Mr Teh Cheang Wan: Mr Speaker, Sir, there is no plan to build additional flats in Changi Constituency besides those already built in Changi Village.
