EUNOS HOUSING ESTATE FLATS (Water seepage at gable-end walls)

Encik Wan Hussin Zoohri asked the Minister for National Development, in view of the longstanding problem of water seepage at gable-end walls in Housing and Development Board flats, how soon the affected flats in Eunos Housing Estate will be repaired.

Mr Teh Cheang Wan: Mr Speaker, Sir, tenders for remedial work to prevent rain-water seepage into the flats at Eunos Crescent have been called. Repair work is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year.
