RULES OF DEBATE IN PARLIAMENT

The Leader of the House (Mr Wong Kan Seng): Mr Speaker, Sir, before I move the adjournment, may I remind Members that when they address Members of the Frontbench, referring to the Ministers, will they please follow the Standing Orders and refer to them by their appointment and their designation; and that when they use the pronoun "you" in their speech, they are actually referring to the Speaker, to the Chair, and not to the Minister concerned.
