Prevalence of Deregistered Vehicles Being Used on Singapore Roads

Mr Jackson Lam asked the Minister for Transport (a) whether LTA has studied how deregistered vehicles continue to be used on Singapore roads after deregistration; and (b) what proportion of cases investigated since 2024 involved vehicles that had been transferred to motor dealers, exporters, scrapyards or other intermediaries.
