Maintaining Inventory of Underutilised Brownfield Sites for Residential Redevelopment and Publishing Framework and Criteria for Site Selection

Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Ministry maintains an inventory of underutilised brownfield sites suitable for residential redevelopment; and (b) whether it will publish the framework and criteria used when selecting greenfield sites over brownfield alternatives.
