The Financial Secretary (Mr T. M. Hart): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that a Bill intituled "An Ordinance for making provision for estimated financial requirements for expenditure out of the revenues and other funds of the Colony for the year 1956", be now read the First time.

Mr Speaker: Second Reading, what day?

Mr Hart: Wednesday, 9th November, Sir.

Mr Speaker: Are there sufficient copies of the Estimates for circulation?

Mr Hart: They have been sent to the Clerk, Sir.
