Mr Lim Yew Hock: Mr Speaker, Sir, I move, under Standing Order 9 (2).
That the order of business be amended to allow motion No. 3 to be taken first and then motion No. 5 and after that motion No. 2.
The Minister for Education (Mr Chew Swee Kee): I second it.
