Mr Speaker: I have received two messages from His Excellency the Governor, informing me that His Excellency had, in accordance with the provisions of Section 62 (2) of the Singapore Colony Orders in Council, 1955 and 1956, on the days stated assented to the following Bills:

17th December, 1958.

(i) Income Tax (Amendment No. 2) Bill;

(ii) Singapore Improvement (Amendment) Bill.

22nd December, 1958.

Appropriation Bill.
