Resolved, "That under the provisions of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 10, the business motion standing in the name of Dr Toh Chin Chye* be taken before Questions."- [The Deputy Prime Minister].

*The motion reads as follows:-

That, notwithstanding the standing Orders, on this day the moment of interruption shall be 4.30 p.m. and the time appointed for the termination of the sitting shall be 5.00 p.m.
