Mr Ramaswamy: I beg to report that the Bill has been considered in Committee and approved with amendments.

Mr Speaker: No.

Mr Ramaswamy: The Bill has not been approved?

Mr Speaker: The Bill has been agreed to only as in clause 1. Third Reading, what day? I do not suppose the Parliamentary Secretary proposes to move the Third Reading?

Mr Ramaswamy: I am not moving.

Mr David Marshall: How about resigning?

Mr Speaker: Order.
