Mr Speaker: Will the Minister signify the recommendation of the Yang di-Pertuan Negara before the Tourist Promotion Board Bill is introduced?

Dr Goh Keng Swee: Sir, I so signify.

Dr Goh Keng Swee: Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of the Tourist Promotion Board and of the Tourist Promotion Fund and for matters connected therewith."
