Mr Speaker: Will the Minister for Finance signify the recommendation of the Yang di-Pertuan Negara before the Supply Bill is introduced?

Dr Goh Keng Swee: I so signify.

Dr Goh Keng Swee: Mr Speaker, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet the estimated expenditure for the public services of the State for the year 1964."
