The Deputy Prime Minister (Dr Toh Chin Chye): I beg to move,

That at its rising today, this Assembly do stand adjourned to 29th November, 1963, and that notwithstanding paragraph (3) of Standing Order No. 1 the sitting on that day do begin at 10.00 a.m.

Mr Speaker, Members of the House have already been notified of the legislative programme of the Government for this year. It has been scheduled that tomorrow the Yang di-Pertuan Negara will deliver his speech to this Assembly. It has therefore been fixed that this speech will be delivered at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.

Question put, and agreed to.
