The Minister for Law and National Development (Mr E. W. Barker): Mr Speaker, Sir, I have the recommendation of the President to proceed with this Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to make provision for the preparation and publication of a revised edition of the laws of Singapore."
