The Deputy Prime Minister (Dr Toh Chin Chye): Mr Speaker, I have the President's assent to proceed with the Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to provide for the control and regulation of aviation and to repeal the Air Navigation Ordinance (Chapter 109 of the Revised Edition)".

Bill read the First time.
