The Minister for Finance (Mr Lim Kim San): Mr Speaker, Sir, I have the President's recommendation for the introduction of the Audit Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to make provision for the audit of the accounts of Singapore and of other public authorities and bodies administering public funds and for matters connected therewith."

Bill read the First time.
