Mr Barker: Mr Speaker, Sir, I have the recommendation of the President to proceed with this Bill. I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to amend the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Chapter 11 of the Revised Edition) and to repeal the Bankruptcy (Statutory Discharge) Ordinance, 1948 (No. 8 of 1948)."
