The Minister for Finance (Mr Lim Kim San): Mr Speaker, Sir, I have the President's recommendation for the introduction of the Free Trade Zones Bill, 1966. Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to provide for the establishment of free trade zones in Singapore and for matters incidental thereto."
