ALLOCATION OF SEATS

Mr Speaker: The recent bye-elections have caused the capacity of seats on my right to be exceeded. Acting under Standing Orders and in consultation with the Leader of the House, I have in the course of allocating seats to the three hon. Members who took their oaths today taken the opportunity to reallocate seats to certain other Members. By reason of the capacity of the benches, it has become necessary to seat on my left some hon. Members whose customary place would be on my right.
