Resolved,

"That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the First Supplementary Main Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1981 to 31st March, 1982 (Paper Cmd. 4 of 1982) and the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1981 to 31st March, 1982 (Paper Cmd. 5 of 1982) be taken today." - (Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam)
