VACANT LAND AT PINE GROVE (Development)

Encik Abbas Abu Amin asked the Minister for National Development whether there are plans to develop the vacant land at Pine Grove, next to the Ulu Pandan Canal, facing Blocks 1C,lD and 1E.

The Minister for National Development (Mr Teh Cheang Wan): Mr Deputy Speaker, Sir, the piece of vacant land at Pine Grove next to the Ulu Pandan Canal, facing Blocks 1C, 1D and 1E, is meant for residential use. There is, however, no plan at the moment to develop the piece of land.
