That notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the First Supplementary Main Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1986 to 31st March, 1987 (Paper Cmd. 3 of 1987) and the First Supplementary Develop- ment Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1986 to 31st March, 1987 (Paper Cmd. 4 of 1987) be taken today. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
