Dr Kanwaljit Soin asked the Minister for Finance how many organisations enjoyed a one-off deduction from their income for the years 1992 to 1994 for building modifications to cater for the disabled.

Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau: The deduction for expenditure on building modifications to cater for the disabled was introduced in 1990. To-date, there has been no application for the deduction.
