The Financial Secretary (Mr T. M. Hart): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that a Bill, intituled "An Ordinance for making provision for estimated financial requirements for expenditure out of the revenues and other funds of the Colony for the year 1957", be now read the First time.

Bill read the First time.

Mr Speaker: Are there sufficient copies of the Estimates?

Mr Hart: Yes, Sir,I have already given them to the Clerk.

Mr Speaker: Thank you. Second Reading, what day?

Mr Hart: On the 7th of November, Sir.
