SERANGOON NEW TOWN (Feeder Bus Services to nearby MRT stations)

The following Question stood in the name of Mr Goh Choon Kang -

Mr Goh Choon Kang: To ask the Minister for Communications and Information whether the Singapore Bus Service (1978) Limited will provide feeder bus services between Serangoon New Town and the nearby Mass Rapid Transit stations.

I will ask the Singapore Bus Service (1978) Limited to look into the suggestion of the Member with a view to providing convenient links for residents of Serangoon New Town to nearby MRT stations. If found feasible, SBS would have to make the necessary application to the Public Transport Council.
