Mr Teo Chong Tee asked the Minister for Education whether there is any plan to build a secondary school in Changi and, if so, when the school will be completed.

Mr Lee Yock Suan: At present, there are 2 secondary schools viz Anglican High School and Changkat Changi Secondary School in Changi Constituency. In addition, there are 11 other secondary schools in the neighbouring GRCs. As there are sufficient secondary school places to serve Changi and the eastern sector of the island, the Ministry of Education has no plan to build a secondary school in Changi.
