Dr Kanwaljit Soin asked the Minister for Education if he will clarify whether relief teaching is a prerequisite for admission to the National Institute of Education and, if so, what are the details of this requirement and the rationale for it.

Mr Lee Yock Suan: Relief teaching is not a pre-requisite for admission to the National Institute of Education.
