Mr Lim Yew Hock: Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move,

That the Singapore Youth Sports Centre Incorporation Bill be referred to a Select Committee with Mr Speaker as Chairman and such members as may be nominated by the Committee of Selection.

Mr Mak Pak Shee: I second it.
