The following Members have, under the provisions of subsection (2) (g) of section 42 of the Singapore (Constitution) Order in Council, 1958, obtained from the Speaker permission to be or to remain absent from sittings of the Assembly:

Mr S. Rajaratnam (Kampong Glam), Minister for Culture - from 7th to 29th May, 1960.

Mr Ong Pang Boon (Telok Ayer), Minister for Home Affairs - from 19th to 23rd April, 1960.

Mr A. P. Rajah (Farrer Park)- from 25th to 29th April, 1960.

Mrs Seow Peck Leng (Mountbatten) - from 20th April to 1st May, 1960.

Mr John Mammen (Telok Blangah) - from 5th May to 20th July, 1960.

Inche Ahmad Bin Ibrahim (Sembawang), Minister for Health - 11th May, 1960.

Miss Fung Yin Ching (Stamford) - 11th May, 1960.
