Resolved, "That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Appropriation (No. 2) (1958) Bill and the First and Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for 1960 of the State of Singapore (respectively contained in Papers Cmd. 9 and 10 of 1960) be taken today."-[The Deputy Prime Minister-Dr Toh Chin Chye].
