LEVY FOR HDB AND HUDC RESALE FLATS (Review)

Mr S. Vasoo asked the Minister for National Development whether the Housing and Development Board will review the payment of the transfer fee for the resale of flats in view of the significant drop in the value of HDB and HUDC resale flats.

Mr Teh Cheang Wan: Mr Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government is reviewing the levy for HDB and HUDC resale flats and an announcement will be made in due course.
