Mr Speaker: I wish to inform hon. Members that, under paragraphs (2) and (3) of Standing Order 96, I have appointed Mr Bernard Chen to be Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee and Mr Chew Heng Ching to be Chairman of the Estimates Committee for this Second Session.
