Mr Ho See Beng asked the Minister for Law and National Development when the Government will make public the Report of the Constitutional Commission on minority rights which was presented to the President of the Republic on 27th August, 1966.

Mr E. W. Barker: Mr Speaker, Sir, the Report of the Constitutional Commission, which was presented to the President on the 27th of August this year, is under careful study by the Government. It is intended to table the Report, together with the Government's views thereon, at the next sitting of Parliament, probably in December.
