Resolved, "That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the Second Report of the Public Accounts Committee (Paper Parl. 8 of 1966) and the Statement of Excess of Expenditure for 1963 (Paper Cmd. 23 of 1964), as amended by Paper Cmd. 13 of 1966 and the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for 1966 of Singapore, be taken today." ----[Mr Lim Kim San].
